Motophone (Nig.) Ltd. ('the company') guarantees to provide a high level of service and support for end user customers wherever they operate around the world. This guarantee is valid for the entire support life of the products involved.

To qualify for the global service and support guarantee end user customers must complete the warranty registration documents and lodge them with the suppliers within four (4) months of shipment of the products from the factory.

Warranty registration extends the equipment warranty to the maximum period and in addition will:

  • Provide the customer with 24 hour Customer Service contact details with guaranteed response time for any enquiry.

  • Give the customer service and support plans for their Organization in their operating regions worldwide.

  • place the customer on a mailing list for ongoing service and applications bulletins entitle the customer to operator and maintenance training and other concessions.

This global service & support guarantee do not extend to products supplied by the company, which are designed or manufactured by it.


The company will, however, make every endeavor to ensure that the customer receives full benefit of service or support available from the manufacturer.

This customer support is restricted to the original purchaser. Where the original purchaser is a reseller who has purchased for the purpose of resale or the end user who has purchased for the purpose of directly using.


Customer support shall be extended to the reseller's customer or directly to the customer if directly involved.
